Previously a nature guide in the Cayman Islands, Peter Van den Ende finds inspiration in his own life. He transforms the things he admires, experiences and desires into a highly imaginative alternative version of reality in his detailed drawings. He loves connotation and symbolism, and although he has an explanation for everything he draws, he prefers his readers to come up with their own interpretations. His stories are intended to amaze people of all ages.
